Published 5 times in the Small Business Monthly Magazine, I am a well-qualified banking sales and lending executive who thrives in helping companies with aggressive growth objectives and exciting product/services offerings grow their business. My experience includes leading retail financial product and service, commercial lending and mortgage divisions to greater heights; but my skills are certainly not limited to just those disciplines. I am a “doer” who is highly skilled in visualizing and executing a plan while doing what it takes to deliver through a collaborative approach. I am driven by challenges and undaunted by obstacles. I am accustomed to and effective in high-profile executive roles and making high-stakes decisions. My management style can be described as “hands on” and decisive, yet flexible and personal- I value and reward creative thinking, initiative, teamwork, commitment and performance.
